"Ordered that Abraham Peery & John Good
be appointed to take care and collect the estate of
Jacob Good dec'd. who with security entered into and
Acknowledged in the amount of $8,000 conditions
as the Law directs, and It is ordered that Henry Wenger
David Berely, Peter Brown & John Berely or any three
of them being first sworn be appointed to appraise the
estate of the said deceased and make report to the
Court"
