The heirs of Jacob Good (GC22) who are still living in Virginia convey their interest in 120 acres owned by Jacob at the time of his death to Jeremiah Kyle for 600 pounds. The heirs in this deed are Jacob's widow Frances and his children Barbara (Mrs. Abraham Beery), John, Daniel, Joseph, Elizabeth (Mrs. Henry Rhodes), and Catharine. Catharine is still a minor, and her guardian is Henry Rhodes.
