Mary Good

1777 May 13: Born.

Sources (1 p21) (2 p25) (3) (4 p71) all claim that Mary is a daughter of Jacob Good (GC22) and Frances Groh. However, the settlement of Jacob's Virginia estate raises some doubts about that. See Jacob.

According to (3), Mary was born in Lancaster Co., PA where most of Jacob and Frances' other children were born. However, (1,2,4) all say she was born in Rockingham Co., VA. Perhaps that is where she was born, and she is the daughter of a different Jacob Good.

Jacob Beery marries Mary Good in VA. (2 p25) (3)
