1731: A Peter Gut is a member of the Mennonite congregation at Immelhäuser Hof just outside of Sinsheim, Germany. He may be the father of this Peter Good (GC). (1 p18) (7 p27)

1732: Peter's children Anna Good (GC1) Musselman and Jacob Good (GC2) arrive in Philadelphia from Meckesheim and Bockschaft. Both are near Sinsheim. They settle near Weaverland in Lancaster Co.

1735 Oct 23: Peter is warranted 100 acres in Earl Township of Lancaster Co., PA, and it is surveyed seven days later on Oct 30. (8) These 100 acres are within easy walking distance of the home of Hanna's parents Hans and Susan Groff on Groff's Spring, and it also is only a few miles from the Weaverland area where Peter's children settled.

1737 Apr 29: Peter sells his 100 acres to his brother-in-law Peter Groff. (12)

1738 Dec 16: Peter Groff patents the 100 acres he bought from Peter Good. (12)

These warrants and patents are two of the key steps in the rather long, complex process of purchasing land from the Penn family.
