What This Privacy Policy Covers
This
policy covers how GenealogyArchives.com treats personal information
that GenealogyArchives.com collects and receives, including information
related to your past use of GenealogyArchives.com products and
services. Personal information is information about you that is
personally identifiable like your name, address, credit card number,
email address, or phone number, and that is not otherwise publicly
available. This policy does not apply to the practices of companies
that GenealogyArchives.com does not own or control, or to people that
GenealogyArchives.com does not employ or manage. In addition, certain
GenealogyArchives.com associated companies have their own privacy
statements.
Information Collection and Use

order to facilitate searches and manage our business
GenealogyArchives.com collects personal information about you. We

with GenealogyArchives.com, when you use GenealogyArchives.com products

send you certain communications relating to the GenealogyArchives.com

GenealogyArchives.com account, without offering you the opportunity to

Confidentiality and Security
- We
limit access to personal information about you to employees and
contractors who we believe reasonably need to come into contact with
that information to provide products or services to you or in order to
do their jobs.

personal information about you including 128-bit SSL encryption of all
credit card transactions between you and our servers as well as the
servers of our partners. All sensitive customer data is protected using
dedicated network attached encryption devices with full PCI DSS
compliant audit logging. All of our data storage is housed in secure
locations allowing access to only authorized personnel who can pass a
multi-factor identification process.
Changes to this Privacy Policy
GenealogyArchives.com
may update this policy. We will notify you about significant changes in
the way we treat personal information by sending a notice to the
primary email address specified in your GenealogyArchives.com account
or by placing a prominent notice on our site 30 calendar days prior to
implementing the change.
