These transactions are for two pieces of land.

- Homestead 80. NW/4-SE/4 and NE/4-SW/4 of S34-T16N-R12E.

- East 40. NE/4-SE/4 of S34-T16N-12E. This is just east of the Homestead 80.

1914 Sep 14: Land Patent on the Homestead 80. This is the homestead filing.

1916 Sep 9: Purchase of East 40 for $800 from Cottonwood Coal Co. (3 copies of same page to make sure I got it all.)

1926 Jan 21: Quit Claim Deed on Homestead 80 for $1. Transfers property to Anth. P. Fabrick.

1978 Jan-Feb: Inheritance of East 40 by Jane Good and Wesley Vernon Huguenin. Two documents.

1984 Nov 20: Sale of East 40 to Leon & Helen Proctor.

Lillie Bailey

1926 May 5: Mortgage debt transfer of property from Lillie Bailey to Union Central Life Insurance Co.
