Dear Descendants and Friends of David Good,

I would greatly appreciate hearing from anyone who has information on my great great grandfather David Good who is buried in Butler Cemetery.  In 1865-1868, he and his second wife Lydia owned a farm about a mile NNE of Shambaugh between the West Nodaway River and what is now Sumac Road.   I am particularly interested in pictures (or other information) of David's farm or family or relatives.  David's brother John S. and sister Anna Horning also are buried in Butler, and his sons Aaron and Levi are buried in Davis Cemetery.  I am descended from another son, Joel, who lived in Ohio, central Missouri and central Kansas.

Over the last three years, I have collected a considerable amount of information on the Good family history from their immigration into Lancaster County, Pennsylvania in 1727.   I am happy to share that information.  Some of it is available on http://www.dgatx.ugate.net.
