1795 ca.: David moves with his parents to Virginia.

1804-1805: David's father Jacob dies, and his estate is inherited by his widow and children.

1810 Sep 24: David and other heirs to Jacob's estate sell their interest in 120 acres owned by their father to Jeremiah Kyle.

1812: David Good marries Barbara Neiswander, Harrisonburg, VA. (1) (2) (3 pEGH-027)

Family Connection David and Barbara moved from Rockingham Co., VA to Fairfield Co., OH about the same time as his brothers John and Joseph. David's wife Barbara and John's wife Mary were sisters. David L. Good's article (2) has some images of a Mennonite hymnal that belonged to David. The article tells the story of how David L. acquired the hymnal and traced it back to David.

1812 Jul 25: David's sister Catharine is married in Harrisonburg, VA, and David "stood surety" for her.
